Our Story

Ali Zarei, CEO, CPA, CA, ACA, BFP, MBA

Ali Zarei, President and Founder of E2 Visa Now, immigrated to Canada from Iran as a child with his family in search of greater opportunity and a brighter future. Inspired by his parents’ courage and sacrifice, he developed a deep appreciation for entrepreneurship, hard work, and the opportunities that immigration can create.

Through dedication and perseverance, Ali earned advanced professional credentials and built a successful career in finance and business leadership. As a CPA and E-2 visa holder, he has served as a Fortune 500 finance consultant, corporate controller, and CFO. His passion, however, has always been entrepreneurship.

After acquiring his first rental property in his early twenties, Ali began building a real estate portfolio and launching businesses that grew into multi-million-dollar enterprises. Having personally navigated the immigration process while building businesses across borders, he understands both the opportunities and challenges faced by entrepreneurs pursuing the American dream.

Today, Ali combines his expertise in finance, business growth, and immigration strategy to help investors and entrepreneurs successfully pursue E-2 visa opportunities in the United States.

Kent Kerslake, COO/CRO

As a growing business, E2 Visa Now needed a full-time leadership executive who could be responsible for interacting with our clients and attorney partners to facilitate consultations, manage projects to meet application submission deadlines, and ensure we maintain our high quality and responsive standards. Kent spent decades working with large Fortune 500 and like organizations to architect and implement technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical workflow projects.

Delivering projects on time and on budget is critical to our partner/customer-first mentality. In terms of immigration experience, Kent was inspired by the process he and his wife went through to get her Green Card and subsequent citizenship. Although easier back then, the process was long and required our due diligence and focus to make it happen. That Kent can be a part of helping others realize their own dreams is inspiring and fulfilling to him and he takes his role in their success seriously.
