Our Story

Alireza (Ali) Zarei, President

Ali Zarei, President and Founder of E2 Visa Now immigrated as a school-age child to Vancouver, B.C. Canada from Iran with his family  seeking refugee asylum. His parents sold everything in Iran to give their children an opportunity to realize their personal and professional potentials. Life in Canada was not easy as the family often worked laborious jobs and struggled to those early days to live in their low-income apartment where they faced discriminatory backlash from some community members who didn’t support Canada taking in immigrants. The family’s sacrifice and hard work paid off as Ali and his siblings attained advanced degrees and achieved professional success in various professional positions like mathematics, medicine, education, and finance.

As a CPA, Ali has held positions as a Fortune 500 finance consultant, corporate controller, and CFO, but his true passion has been entrepreneurial. Having purchased his first rental property in his early 20s, Ali created a real estate portfolio and incubated several other start-up businesses into multi million-dollar companies.

Kent Kerslake, COO/CRO

As a growing business, E2 Visa Now needed a full-time leadership executive who could be responsible for interacting with our clients and attorney partners to facilitate consultations, manage projects to meet application submission deadlines, and ensure we maintain our high quality and responsive standards. Kent spent decades working with large Fortune 500 and like organizations to architect and implement technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical workflow projects.

Delivering projects on time and on budget is critical to our partner/customer-first mentality. In terms of immigration experience, Kent was inspired by the process he and his wife went through to get her Green Card and subsequent citizenship. Although easier back then, the process was long and required our due diligence and focus to make it happen. That Kent can be a part of helping others realize their own dreams is inspiring and fulfilling to him and he takes his role in their success seriously.
